The reframing of your mind from limiting beliefs will have wonderful effects not only on your fertility but your life as a whole.
I will guide you to access your subconscious mind, where deeply ingrained beliefs and patterns reside, so that your conscious mind can understand these.
I will speak directly with your subconscious mind to find other ways to keep you protected and once that's happened I will ask it to integrate it into every other aspect of your life. I will also take you on a metaphorical journey to release and let go of any emotional baggage or energetic blocks that may be weighing you down.
It is a truly liberating process that can help you change your life for more peaceful in an instant.
My hypnotherapy programme is designed to help you process grief and to tone down the pain associated with a baby or a child's death and pregnancy losses, at any stage stage of the pregnancy. It is also for those who endure pain and grief each cycle when these end with a negative pregnancy test.
I focus on your superpowers of self-compassion and sense of self-worth, feeling whole, loving yourself and trusting your body again.
My evidential medium reading abilities and experience will help you to feel comforted in knowing how the spirit of your deceased child, or "a silently born" baby are doing across the vail and how they continue supporting you in your current life story.
Healing takes time. Let me guide you in how to trust your intuition in co-creation of the life that you love.
Connecting with your spirit baby is a deeply profound journey that involves opening your heart and mind to the spiritual realm.
You may want to begin by choosing a medium reading if you've not felt connected to your spirit baby to help you establish that connection much quicker, or hear from your deceased loved ones and their advice or even your future reading becoming a Mum.
As a hypnotherapist I will incorporate various techniques and approaches into your sessions to guide you through the process of establishing and deepening your connection with your spirit babies.
Imagine when you meet your spirit baby in person in their human body for the very first time...
If you are dreaming of manifesting your Spirit Baby, and have been told, or believe that your main challenge towards conception is an imbalance in your immunity (either at the uterine level or stemming from autoimmune health condition), this hypnotherapy program is for you.
Hypnotherapy can be used to boost weakened immune system or to regulate the overzealous immune system by influencing the mind-body connection.
Through hypnotic suggestions and visualization techniques, I will guide your subconscious to focus on harmonising your immune functions in response to your partner's sperm being in your body and in response to implantation of a fertilised egg so that it is accepted, supported and treated as a part of your own body. You will also receive one of my audios that you will be able to play as often as needed.
Reviewing your current life and past lives in recall therapy, also known as past life regression therapy can be a powerful tool for self-discovery and healing.
A recall therapy is not only for those who believe in reincarnation and the existence of past lives.
It serves as a tool to explore the subconscious mind of anyone who seeks healing at a deeper level.
It is essential to recognize that the memories and experiences accessed during sessions may be symbolic or metaphorical rather than literal.
I encourage you to interpret your past life memories in a way that resonates with your own beliefs and experiences.
Hypnotherapy DOUBLED IVF pregnancy rate when performed around the time of embryo transfer. Research by Levitas et al. (2006) found that:
per 98 embryo transfer cycles WITH HYPNOSIS resulted in:
53.1% clinical pregnancy rate
28% implantation rate
per 96 cycles WITHOUT hypnosis resulted in:
30.2% clinical pregnancy rate
14.4% implantation rate
Using hypnotherapy and it's mind-body techniques in your attempt to conceive might just be what your body needs in the fertility journey.
A recent review published in Dialogue in Clinical Neuroscience (2018) indicates that psychological interventions, including hypnosis, for women with infertility may reduce anxiety and depression and potentially increase pregnancy rates.
Similarly Ha & Ban (2021) found that mind-body programs, like hypnotherapy, positively impact infertile women, leading to higher pregnancy rates, lower anxiety and depression levels, and improved overall quality of life.
Recent research shows that 'infertility' patients consistently report significantly more symptoms of anxiety and depression than fertile individuals (Lakatos, 2017). It is also well documented that stress can disturb the delicate hormonal balance necessary for ovulation, fertilization, and embryo implantation. Psychosocial stress affects the hypothalamus, which regulates stress hormones and key conception hormones like gonadotrophins. It also reduces mitochondrial energy production capacity and its morphology (Picard, M., et al, 2018). This in turn can reduce the vitality and quality of eggs (oocytes), the largest cells in a woman's body.
A review of 39 studies carried by Frederiksen et al. (2015) found that diverse psychosocial interventions, including hypnosis, led to "larger reductions in anxiety, which were associated with greater improvement in pregnancy rates".
Furthermore, Zylich and Bernhardt (2018) showed that hypnosis promotes relaxation, alleviates stress & anxiety, and improves overall psychological well-being in women struggling with infertility, what creates a more favorable environment for conception.
As Gabor Mate beautifully described, "trauma is not what happens to you but what happens inside you".
Recent research consistently links post-traumatic symptoms to women's encounters with pregnancy loss or inability to conceive. Overall, women without children who have encountered pregnancy loss or struggled to conceive tend to have the lowest life satisfaction and highest levels of depression, even after a significant amount of time (seven years) has passed since the loss or initial year without conception. However, those who have faced both pregnancy loss and involuntary childlessness exhibit the highest levels of distress related to fertility (Schwerdtfeger, K., et al., 2009)
Moreover, latest research findings by Wamser-Nanney, R. (2022) shows that childhood neglect and PTSS (post traumatic stress symptoms) may be associated with fertility difficulties later in life.
Hypnotherapy can help women explore and address deep underlying emotional trauma or unresolved issues that may be contributing to fertility challenges. In many research, hypnotherapy proved to be effective in alleviating PTSD symptoms, both short and long term (e.g. Rotaru, T., et al. 2016)
Hypnotherapy assists women in coping with grief and loss associated with fertility treatments or overall negative pregnancy outcomes, including negative pregnancy tests results, miscarriages, still births, or death of a baby.
In my practice I invite women to connect spiritually with their spirit babies, or souls of their departed children, to establish and to foster a connection that spans beyond dimensions.
This spiritual option within hypnosis provides an extra guidance for anyone who finds meditation challenging, and can provide powerful healing outcomes.

Some experimental research links inflammation in uterus to failed embryo implantations or repeated miscarriages in some cases. Research by Jensen et al. (2009) investigated the effects of hypnosis on inflammatory markers in individuals with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). The study found that participants who underwent hypnotherapy exhibited significant reductions in markers of inflammation.
This suggests that hypnotherapy may help reduce inflammation levels in the body in general, potentially having a positive impact on uterine environment. However more research around this subject is needed.
The reframing of your mind from limiting beliefs will have wonderful effects not only on your fertility but your life as a whole.
Hypnotherapy assists in addressing emotional blocks impacting fertility. It helps identify and reshape negative beliefs or thought patterns linked to fertility challenges (e.g. 'I am too old to conceive'). By transforming these beliefs, individuals may enjoy enhanced emotional wellness and improved fertility outcomes.
While medical statistics can be useful to some degree, and advices of others can be helpful, we need to be mindful if these serve us well. In my approach to fertility I follow this wonderful quote from a well known American medium, Matt Fraser, who explains the significance of 1% chance:
"The heaven doesn't see the 99% of all the negative, fears and why nots. It sees the 1% why it is going to happen for you".
The 1% possibility expands over time and space, paving the way for a serene approach to life and fertility.
Enhancing self-confidence and self-esteem is crucial on the road of fertility. Hypnotherapy can integrate affirmations to elevate self-confidence and cultivate a positive mindset.
Participating in hypnotherapy sessions can empower women by fostering a sense of control over their fertility journey and enhancing self-efficacy beliefs, which may contribute to improved fertility outcomes.
Hypnotherapy excels in managing physical and emotional pain, common in fertility treatments. It can also address the fear of pregnancy or birth that may hinder conception, as well as needle phobia through diverse techniques to eliminate fear and phobias completely.
Some research suggests that CBT and hypnotherapy can also restore ovarian function in women with hypothalamic amenorrhea (Berga, S. L., et al., 2003), regulate menstrual cycles and improve ovulation in individuals with irregular cycles or ovulatory dysfunction (Puri A, et al., 2023).

Hypnotherapy operates under the notion that the conscious and subconscious minds may want two different tings. As these minds are in conflict about for example becoming a mum, getting pregnant, carrying a baby, trusting own body and many more, the body may be blocked from completing all the essential steps of conception or maintaining a pregnancy. In other words, although a woman may consciously desire a baby, her subconscious could be hindering her readiness to conceive.
Hypnotherapy is a healing modality that speaks directly with the subconscious (unconscious) mind and can provide a rapid shortcut to releasing the outdated instructions that your subconscious mind uses (e.g. preventing you from getting pregnant), and to code a new desired way of working for you, or protecting you. Hypnotherapy can also allow you to understand how you got to have such blocks, if that's your desire, and to release them across all others aspects of your life.
One research involving women who faced infertility challenges for 2-12 years revealed that, following an average of nine hypnotherapy sessions, 65% successfully achieved full-term pregnancies. Additionally, 42% of participants, including some who didn't conceive during the study, reported improvements within menstrual and gynecological concerns (Quinn & Parson, 1994).
Many of the women I work with exhibit unresolved concerns about parenthood, some of them deriving from their own childhood traumas, some were acquired at some other stages of their lives. There is no rule. The only important aspect is it understand that subconscious blocks can be resolved, and hypnotherapy gives you the highest chances to do this rapidly, often in one session.
This depends on your particular goal and can vary from person to person. Some will benefit greatly already in just first 3 sessions.
However, for a specific fertility support, such as for IVF, I suggest that you maximize your 3 months prior to starting an ovarian stimulation and eggs retrieval to give enough support to your mind and body (and mitochondria!) for healthy growth and maturation of your oocytes.
To calm your nervous system, and any uterine contractions, I would also recommend a session on the day of embryo transfer, and another one ideally a day after, or within the first 3-5 days post transfer.
As particularly the time during the "two weeks wait" can be tremendously stressful, I advise women to follow any of my audio hypno - meditations, only 25 minutes daily, that can help them relax, lower cortisol level, and bring the feeling of peace and calmness, and a belief in the best outcome for them.
Weekly or fortnightly is a good balance to begin with, that's also depending on what we will be focusing on.
Yes! It can be much quicker than you expect. However, be prepared that even the things considered 'simple' to treat in hypnotherapy terms, such as some phobias, single incident trauma, may require 3-4 sessions depending on the person.
Simultaneously, you are the expert on yourself! If you've been grappling with a challenge for a while, pressuring yourself to change rapidly or letting others push you faster than you're comfortable with may not be helpful or fair.
Research has shown:
No one size fits all, but as a hypnotherapist I make sure that sessions are tailored to you so that we maximise our time for your healing.
I prefer to use the term 'temporary block' in fertility rather than 'infertility'.
Around 75% to 90% of infertility cases are medically diagnosable, with the remaining 10% to 25% classified as unexplained. Unexplained infertility is a medical term applied when semen analysis, ovulation, and fallopian tubes seem normal. Despite this, a couple struggles to achieve pregnancy. Such 'diagnosis' bears a heavy burden of anxiety and other emotions that can lead to further downward spiral of women's health of mind, body and soul. As recent research shows, 'infertility' patients consistently report significantly more symptoms of anxiety and depression than fertile individuals (Lakatos, 2017).
In one study (Vyas, R., et al., 2013), researchers looked directly at the efficacy of psychotherapeutic intervention including hypnotherapy in couples with "unexplained" reproductive failure. Over 28 years, a study involving 554 couples without anatomical or physiological issues was conducted. Psychotherapeutic intervention, including indirect and direct hypnosis, was incorporated into the standard investigation and therapy protocol for infertile couples. Various stressors were identified, including the stress of infertility experienced by all women. Hypnotherapy initially aimed at general stress relief and later targeted specific stressors. The results showed a success rate of 71.67% in terms of achieving pregnancy.
A very high success rate in their study shows that "unexplained" infertility issues might be caused by psychological factors. These can be reversed with therapy that includes hypnosis. The study found that psychosomatic stress plays a big role in this. When stress is reduced with hypnotherapy, there are remarkable results.
Within the category of 'unexplained infertility', there are numerous environmental, social, psychological, and behavioral factors that may contribute to a period of fertility challenges among women. After all, we are not merely bodies; we are complex beings composed of mind, body, and soul. It is about maintaining a delicate harmony among these three aspects of our being that in turn allow us to sail peacefully and with joy through life.
When significant events occur in our lives, the emotionally charged encounters are stored in our brains. These memories and experiences are also stored biochemically and electromagnetically in different organ systems. Such accumulation of negative emotional experiences has the potential to disrupt the delicate hormonal equilibrium required for ovulation, and immunological response of the body required for successful fertilisation, implantation and overall communication between fetus and a mother for a healthy pregnancy. After all, stress is just one aspect that may hinder conception (no matter the origins of it). The importance lies in interconnectedness of our endocrine, immune, and nervous systems which get impacted by every thought and emotion that we get to think and experience (Payne, N., 1997).
Hypnotherapy has the ability to aid women on a profound level by engaging directly with their subconscious mind, which governs all bodily and organ functions, as well as the storage and response to traumatic or painful memories embedded within the body's cells.
As the primary objective is protection, once these memories are accessed, the subconscious mind can be guided to protect us in alternative ways that may facilitate progress towards our desired goals—such as becoming a mother.
Women in their late 30s, 40s, and even 50s who have at least one ovary and a womb, who desire a baby either naturally or with medical assistance using their own eggs might have heard discouraging suggestions about why they may not be successful at getting or staying pregnant. The comments might have been equally from doctors and the well-meaning society, family members, even friends. They may have been told that it's tough to get and stay pregnant at that age, with low chances of success and higher risks for both the pregnancy and the mothers-to-be.
While medical statistics can be useful to some degree, and advices of others can be helpful, we need to be mindful about if these serve us well. In my approach to fertility I follow this wonderful quote from a well known American medium, Matt Fraser, who explains the significance of 1% chance:
"The heaven doesn't see the 99% of all the negative, fears and why nots. It sees the 1% why it is going to happen for you".
This is also how I approach every hypnotherapy client and their attainment of their own goals. The slim 1% possibility expands over time and space, paving the way for a serene approach to life and fertility.
Yes! Hypnotherapy focused on spirituality is a great modality to help you relax, enter into an altered state where you use your cognitive flexibility and start noticing different multisensory information, including hearing from your Spirit Baby, any of your deceased loved ones, or any of your spirit guides.
Yes, hypnotherapy can and is done remotely through video conferencing sessions. I provide hypnotherapy services exclusively online via Google Meet platform, and if you require in person hypnotherapy session, please contact me about this so that I arrange this possibility for you.
Receiving hypnotherapy from the comfort of your own home has proven to be one of the most cherished possibilities among my clients. You will receive the same quality sessions as during in person therapy, and without the troubles of long distance commuting.
Things to remember:
Find a quiet space for your hypnotherapy session, as noise can be distracting and prevent relaxation. While noises can sometimes enhance the session in person, remote sessions may not allow for this, as depending on the technology at your and my end, I may not hear what you can hear.
Additionally, the more you're exposed to hypnosis, the easier it is to enter a relaxed, hypnotic state. If you're new to hypnotherapy, please choose a quiet space.
While lying down is commonly associated with therapy, we aim for relaxation without falling asleep, as suggestions may not be processed the same way during sleep.
For optimal comfort during your hypnotherapy session, sit upright in a comfortable position. Avoid crossing your legs to prevent discomfort. Ensure both feet are on the floor and your hands rest lightly on your lap.
Position your device away from you on a table or a stand to avoid holding it up, allowing you to relax fully.
It's important for me to see you clearly (head to your waist ideally) for effective observation and adaptation.
Lastly, a stable internet connection is essential for online sessions. Please double test it. Ensure you have clear audio for effective communication by testing your device's speakers and microphone. Consider using a headset for better sound quality.
These basic considerations set you up for success.
While it is rare, some individuals may have difficulty entering the hypnotic state. However, there are other techniques that can be used to achieve similar results. I will will work with you to find the best approach for your needs.
